American Physical Therapy Association: Section on Geriatrics
The Section on Geriatrics supports those therapists, assistants, and students that work with an aging population in roles of advocacy, direct patient care, consultation, supervision, and education. The Section on Geriatrics was formed in 1978 to address the needs of the physical therapy practitioner working with the aging client. The Section represents and serves over 4000 members with a wide array of services and benefits. Their mission is to advocate for older adults and promote the highest quality of life for aging individuals through the physical therapy profession.

Council on Foundations
For over 50 years, the Council on Foundations has helped foundation staff, trustees and board members in their day-to-day grantmaking activities. Through one-to-one technical assistance, research, publications, conferences and workshops, legal services, and a wide array of other services, the Council addresses the important issues and challenges that face foundations and corporate funders.

Grantmakers in Aging
Grantmakers in Aging, an educational nonprofit membership organization for staff and trustees of foundations and corporations, is the only national professional organization of grantmakers active in the field of aging.

Grantmakers in Health
Grantmakers In Health (GIH) is a nonprofit, educational organization dedicated to helping foundations and corporate giving programs improve the nation's health. Its mission is to foster communication and collaboration among grantmakers and others, and to help strengthen the grantmaking community's knowledge, skills, and effectiveness.

The mission of the Center for Effective Philanthropy is to provide executives and trustees the management and governance tools needed to define, assess, and improve overall foundation performance.

The Foundation Center
The Foundation Center's mission is to support and improve philanthropy by promoting public understanding of the field and helping grant seekers succeed. Founded in 1956, the Center is the nation's leading authority on philanthropy and is dedicated to serving grantseekers, grantmakers, researchers, policymakers, the media, and the general public.

The United Way of America's Outcome Measurement Resource Network's purpose is to provide United Way of America's and other organizations' outcome measurement resources and learnings.
